Admissions at SFS High School are conducted in a systematic and transparent manner to ensure fairness, academic readiness, and alignment with the school’s standards.

• Every candidate seeking admission must be introduced in person by a parent or legal guardian, who will act as a guarantor for the child’s conduct, studies, and payment of fees.
• An interview will be conducted for children seeking admission to Pre-Nursery, LKG, and other classes.
• Candidates transferring from other schools must obtain the application form from the school office at the specified time and appear for a written entrance examination based on the syllabus of the respective class.
  • This rule applies to all classes except Pre-Nursery and LKG.
  • This procedure is necessary due to high demand and limited availability of seats.
  • Students will be ranked based on performance, and admission will be granted subject to seat availability.
  • The decision of the Principal regarding tests and admissions will be final and binding.
• The details provided in the application form — including the student’s name, date of birth, caste, parents’ names, STS number, etc. — must exactly match the details in the Transfer Certificate.
